2/2 @DFS do manage to update my notes on a daily basis but with a consistent track record of doing nothing with them I’m now 6 months on from the damage being caused. They just couldn’t care less #BEWARE

BEWARE…@DFS truly the worst company I have ever dealt with! Having damaged my front door (which was fitted 24hrs before!) they refuse to either deal with the issue or even call me back. Having caused £400 damage they offered just £75. Zero responsibility and customer service.
