But I’m here to tell you the most important metric in all of this is YOU: 🟢 Drink 2.5 L of water everyday (helps blood pressure, kidneys, etc) 🔵 Stop consuming sugar (prevents obesity) 🟢 Walk 1h everyday (prevents heart disease) 🔵 Get direct sunlight (prevents immune disease and depression) 🟢 Get proper airflow in your work space (mold and bad air quality will wreck your respiratory system) 🔵 DO NOT drink energy drinks. If your body is tired get some rest. 🟢 Allow yourself some time off from screens, don’t be affraid of boredom. Creativity comes easier when your mind isn’t busy. 🔵 Spend time with your family. Chasing success will make you forget the most important things. Remember nothing matters if you’re not healthy. #UEFN

The full picture :) It's always hard to satisfy such a broad community, but I think I did my best. I aimed for a semi-tryhard vibe while sprinkling in some rare items, and kept the yellow and sun theme throughout. What do you think?
