@Tapi_Carpets I can do this again but I don't have another year to wait around for you guys to avoid doing a proper investigation, wasting mine and my husbands time taking pictures, waiting around for someone to visit and inspect the carpet only to ignore us anyway. Any other suggestions?

Horrendous experience with @Tapi_Carpets whereby the more expensive wool carpet that's durable simply isn't. Now they are holding us to fit the rest of the house with the same rubbish...cont'd

@Tapi_Carpets it's rare that I've felt so let down and ignored by a company as I have Tapi - from start to finish my experience with you has been pretty dismal and I am resorting to Twitter purely because my last 3 emails have been ignored.

AVOID @Tapi_Carpets! Terrible customer service and bad fitting. They don’t get back to you and when they do they are arsey AF - look at this ⬇️ this is £50m carpet but even if it was £5 is still shoddy!!

Seems like I’m not the only one experiencing bad customer relations with @Tapi_Carpets been waiting over 3 months for a return date to rectify the badly installed flooring

@Tapi_Carpets we received this “quote” following a visit from one of your “floorologists”. I’m not entirely sure how this figure been reached, given that there is no amount attached to any of the items listed. Could you explain what the “delivery and care package” is?

@Tapi_Carpets This is my hardwearing Tapi carpet after 3 weeks .Their guarantee doesn’t exist .The damage isn’t sufficient .Public case I of caring is just a front they do not respond and take negative reviews down .Avoid this company

@Tapi_Carpets your customer Service is a disgrace! Reported a fault in a carpet that is still under guarantee, completely fobbed off. On top of that the employee at the branch it was purchased was condescending, I’ve complained but it’s been ignored completely. DREADFUL aftercare

Currently in the process off reporting @Tapi_Carpets to trading standards. Absolute abomination of a company that tells lies and false promises. Never dealt with a company so bad in my life. Feels like they should be on one of those weekday morning scam shows!

@Tapi_Carpets are holding a gun to my head with alternatives to a refund on an order they took but could not fulfil. They triedto make me accept an alternative I didn’t sign for.2 months later they still have my money even though I have made it clear the stress is making me ill..

@Tapi_Carpets I ordered some LVT for my kitchen there were 5 packs reduced in the Banbury store and had to order another for the size required. I was quoted £724.74 for screed + fitting. Actual cost was £1992.71 ! On top of that the 1 pack of LVT did not match. Awful experience

@Tapi_Carpets ok so we had a carpet fitted really well last year and was initially very happy (cue next story) sadly stair carpet has come away and requires repaired. Comms seems poor so much that the fitter never phoned to say they on their way and then just left (1/2)

@Tapi_Carpets (2/2) without even trying to call any of the three numbers we left. There seems to be a total malaise regarding customer service (“oh we took the number down wrong”) and after spending upwards of £2k feel somewhat abandoned. Edinburgh, Straiton store of anyone cares
