In the NFT space, being known matters a lot. There are creators and communities that have been around for some time, and people already know them. Because of that, new NFT projects usually give them spots first without making them struggle for it. So if a project ignores your collaboration request or tells you that collaborations are closed, it is not always because your pitch is bad or your community is weak. Most times, it is simply because people do not know you yet. Do not let anyone make you feel like you are the problem. People may say your pitch is poor or your community is full of weak members, but even many well-known creators and communities have the same issues and still get easy access. Sometimes the real issue is not that you are bad. It is just that you are still unknown. Accept it, keep working, and keep building. Do not complain. Stay consistent, improve your work, and with time people will start to notice you.
