I've never seen a level of disinterest from viewers for new content in Rust, especially for one as big as the Naval Update. Very interesting to see... maybe slightly worrying too? 😅

@Frawzt made the same move around six months ago as VEGAS would crash 20 times a project, I still have not had a single crash or single issue with Davinci, little learning curve, but 10x better.

Recently switched from Vegas Pro 18 to Vegas Pro 23. Somehow it got fucking worse. It’s finally time. I’m officially switching editors mid video, I am going to DaVinci. Vegas is just so ass. Wish me luck. 🤞

@blooprintgames @YouTube Been terrible for the last three months, if you even mumble something in the wrong tone of voice, ai will get you and ruin a good two weeks of editing.

Man... @YouTube REALLY needs to sort this out. This is the second time in recent months that a video will be approved after checks before upload, only to get hit with a surprise age restriction over 24 hours later with no reason given. The video doesn't violate any of the guidelines. Since there was no base to this restriction, it'll eventually get resolved after my appeal. But it will ruin the performance of the video (which was doing great so far) and the ad revenue as well. Really frustrating ☹️

@TeaGuyTom makes me worried since I have a whole video coming out focused on a 'japanese team' Better make sure I dont stutter at all...

In the latest notch against TeaGuyTom's attempt at full-time... My recent video has been demonetized from when I stuttered while correcting myself from saying 'spoke Japanese' instead of 'read Japanese'. YouTube's AI and human review system flagged this as inappropriate language. Since there is no re-review option... And I cannot cut it out and then re-review... I'm hoping the fine folk at @TeamYouTube can take another look and help a TeaGuy out. Because it really feels like I'm just getting worked over by AI not getting the nuance or understanding the speech pattern. As a family friendly YouTuber, my goal was to create content that showed the good in humanity no matter how difficult the environment or characters. Hoping to help people, along with myself, escape the doldrums of existence for an hour or two as I struggle to play a video game as an old dad. I really didn't think automated bureaucracy was going to be my biggest hurdler in all of this. Figured the editing, thumbnails, and yapping would have been the bulk of the journey. But whatever, take a listen at 6.38 to 6.40 and determine for yourself whether this feels justified or not. You all know better than me at this point. Also... Am I the only person who didn't know those boxes had English written on them or am I just an actual brick. Never a dull moment... ☕️
