$1100 oven from @TheBrick, worked for 1 day. Spent 2 days arguing with sales reps. Took half a day off work, Service tech didn’t show up. Still no oven, or help. I guess Easter dinner is canceled this year…great customer service…last purchase I will ever make at @TheBrick

@TheBrick We went to buy a sofa bed today. We were told if the delivery people tried to bring the sofa down to the basement and it didn’t go through the stairs and they had to take it back on the spot, we get no refund back but we get store credit! Never heard of this before!!

@TheBrick Ridiculous customer service- Ottawa East Store. Received broken furniture. The replacement request was a nightmare. Very rude customer service staff. My room is now clogged with a partially assembled bed, big boxes. I have been told to wait for 4 weeks for replacement

@TheBrick dishwasher installed from hell. Installers didn’t know what they were doing, damaged my flooring, installed it crooked and left with my counter brackets. Was told once I got my flooring fixed they would come rectify but today told too bad as I didn’t buy ext warranty

We had a terrible experience @TheBrick. We bought a table and extended warranty. When the table was received it was faulty and after arguing with customer service another table was sent with the same issue and additional damage. I would not recommend the Brick in Coquitlam

I just got 2 new mattresses delivered from @TheBrick We had 3 “Canadian” delivery men. They didn’t speak any English while they worked in my house. That made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Is this the level of privilege you give your employees?!? This is Canada, we speak English.
