Usually every niche requires a certain level of connection to have a stable career but for web3, it's basically all you’ll need Now I'm not degrading people who focus on building skills instead of connections. I used to be one who thought you could make it in Web3 with pure skills but for an industry dominated by gatekeepers and the top 0.1%, that thinking pattern is nothing but pure delusion Moral of the story: give 60-70% of your time and energy to building meaningful connections and the rest of your time should go to learning and building skills!

After 6 months of silent grinding and observing the web3 space, here are 6 things i've learned ➥ always improve your own skills while learning new ones ➥ don't overvalue yourself if you can't back it with actual work/experience ➥ never follow trends in web3, instead find out other non-dilluted sectors while others are busy fighting for scraps ➥ dominate with power & value, not trust. you’ll constantly have to improve yourself cause the competition will only get worse from here ➥ learn how to use grok AI for research, alphas & strategies ➥ follow your own path instead of trying to be someone else you don't even wanna become! I've taken notes of all these while building my personal brand, my own ecosystem and a strong community honestly, if you are someone who's serious about web3 and has interests in other skills just like me, then just try things out dude I was interested in content creation, filming videos, building communities & teams so I mixed all these and here I am Never Stop Learning & Improving;)
