Spent the entire day on university work. Managed to finish one assignment and it completely drained me. Didn't work on the business at all and I still have two assignments left. I hate uni.

Sent 5 more cold emails to potential clients today. Still no clients yet. Just trying to do enough reps that eventually one of them says yes.

I haven't worked all day because I've been out. Now I'm sitting here feeling guilty about it.

I used to spend hours wondering what to do next. Tonight wasn't glamorous. I sent 7 cold emails, a few DMs, fixed my follow-up system, and made mistakes along the way. Still no clients. But I'm slowly replacing confusion with a process. I think that's progress.

Started testing cold email tonight. Maybe it works. Maybe it doesn't. Either way, it's one less unknown.

@benfchi As someone trying to get my first client right now, I couldn't agree more. The hard part isn't building anymore. It's getting real people to notice, care, and trust you enough to give your product a chance.

Building is easy now. Getting users isn’t.
