You're getting traffic Your offer has sold before But conversions? Inconsistent Here’s the real problem: It’s not your offer It’s your funnel architecture Here's why👇 (Thread...)

You just wasted 45 minutes of your life The call started great - Joking around a bit - Discussing problems - Building real chemistry Then you got to the price... "Oh that's too much for me right now" *Soul left the body* You smile and say: "no worries, let me know when things change. But inside? You're furious Not at them At yourself Because deep down, you knew it You knew at minute 5 they probably couldn't afford you But you stayed on the call anyway Why? Because you were "hopeful" And it would've been weird if you called them out But the problem is... Hope is not a qualification strategy nor a money making strategy Here is the truth about "Qualified Lead Scarcity": It's rarely a scarcity of leads It's a scarcity of courage You're scared to ask the hard questions upfront because: You don't want to seem "salesy" You're afraid they'll say no So you avoid the budget conversation You spend 45 minutes giving away your best thinking for free And at the end? They ghost Or worse, they hit you with the "$X is too much" line You didn't get "qualified lead scarcity" You got exactly what you asked for Which was nothing The Fix: Preframe in Public, Not Just on the Booking Page Most coaches only start qualifying at the call That's too late Real preframing happens in your content Weeks before they book - Your tweets - Your newsletter - Your lead magnet Every piece of content should quietly signal one thing: "I'm expensive. I'm busy. I only work with serious people." The result? The tire-kickers read your content and think: "This person is intense. I'll just follow from afar." The serious ones read it and think: "Finally. Someone who doesn't waste time." You aren't a free consulting service. You're a business owner Qualified leads aren't found. They're filtered.

But there's a balance which most people fail to do If you give away too much free value and they get on a call... they're automatically in that "He is super generous" kinda mood So when you introduce price, they will hesitate Instead I thin build a balance of value to exclusivity

You know what sells better than selling? Giving your audience tonnes of free value Literally spamming them mfs with information that solves their problems You’ll leave them wondering… “If I get all this for free, what do I get if I pay…?”

The overnight success is usually a 10-year project in disguise. Anything worth keeping is worth the friction it takes to build it. Hard-won > Easy-come.

Storytelling wins in every niche. Even one tweet can tell a story: Hook → Insight → Shift. Wrap it tight. Make it hit.

365 days of posting will bring inbound leads to you. Outbound fills the gap until then. Waiting fills nothing.

You know what nobody tells you about entrepreneurship? At first it's mostly just refreshing your inbox hoping someone finally said yes. The "hustle" is 90% waiting and 10% action when you're starting. We just don't post about that part.

Sell to people with money. Obviously. Focus on those who value their time tremendously. Save them time (or money) and they will happily pay.

You consume too much information. Not too little. The average person reads dozens of articles a week. Applies nothing. Stop reading about doing the thing. Start doing the thing. More input will not fix an output problem.

Everyone fears failure. It feels like a stop sign. But failure is not the end. It is feedback. It is the roadmap showing you what to fix, what to improve, and where to go next. The people who succeed are not those who never fail. They are the ones who fail faster, learn faster, and apply what they learn. Mistakes are inevitable. Regret is optional. Every time you fail and keep moving forward, you get stronger, wiser, and closer to your goals. Failure is not the opposite of progress. It is the pathway to it.

3 automated emails every business should have but almost none do: 1. The "you made the right decision" email sent right after purchase 2. The "are you stuck?" email sent on day 3 of silence 3. The "we noticed you left" email sent before they fully churn
