You should always be learning, always consuming. Its importance can never be overemphasized. I don’t know if you ever notice it, but you see that point where you’re watching a video, listening to a podcast, or just talking to someone and suddenly ideas start flowing in your head? That’s your brain making connections in real time. Psychologists call this associative thinking — your mind linking new information with what you already know, creating fresh insights and new perspectives. The more quality input you expose yourself to, the more “aw material your brain has to work with. Creativity rarely appears out of nowhere. It’s usually the result of constant exposure, curiosity, and pattern recognition happening beneath the surface. Every conversation, every podcast, every piece of content you consume is like adding fuel to a mental engine. At some point, something clicks and what felt like random information turns into clarity, ideas, or even your next big move. So keep learning. Keep consuming intentionally. Because the mind can’t create from emptiness. It creates from what you feed it.
