Every fighter has a prime window (usually ~28–32) Clean lifestyle = longer prime PED use = shorter prime ~1 year of PED use can noticeably shift your peak earlier A clean fighter might still be elite at 34 A heavy PED user might already be declining at 30

Every day you use PEDs is tracked permanently No visible meter But over time your fighter just… stops responding the same way It’s basically wear and tear on your body

🚨| Combat Sports Anti-Doping (CSAD) has announced that UFC flyweight Alibi Idiris has accepted a 12-month suspension for a violation of the UFC Anti-Doping Policy. Idiris tested positive for the banned substance hydrochlorothiazide, which was present in a product he admitted to taking on the Thursday of #UFCHouston fight week to help him make the contracted weight on Friday. He went on to defeat Ode Osbourne via unanimous decision. Idiris’ period of ineligibility will end on February 21st, 2027.

Very true by @aaronbronsteter PFL needs a brand new image. I want to watch the first event of a new promotion. You want to follow it from day one and feel like you’re watching it grow. Nobody likes jumping into a series halfway through. Bellator just feels like 2.0.
