Some interesting new data about connection of low creatine levels in the body and higher risk of having cancer.
I know I’m beating a dead horse here but please make sure you’re taking at least 5 grams of creatine a day.
Food-wise you’d need to eat at least 5 lbs of red meat PER day to come even close to that.
Choose German-based over Chinese-based if you can but just mix it with your coffee/tea/protein/juice/I don’t care and consume it daily.

First large U.S. creatine-cancer study (n=25,879) KEY FINDINGS: - 5% LOWER cancer risk with higher creatine - Effect stronger in men (7%) and older adults (14%) - Linear relationship - more creatine, lower risk But correlation ≠ causation - best shown by the underweight group, who saw 81% HIGHER risk with more creatine. Creatine isn't causing cancer here; being underweight likely reflects existing illness. And since creatine was estimated from meat/fish, another nutrient could be driving the protective effect too.
