Hey @LateRoundQB I'm trying to understand what goes into how your rookie ranks differ from ZAP model score/category. For example: Marlin Klein has ZAP of 59.7/Flex play and Skyler Bell ZAP 34.3/Benchwarmer, but you have Bell ranked at #34 & Klein at #43. Can you explain that?

New Chiefs WR Cyrus Allen, I’m a big fan of his game! Awesome route runner who posted stellar success rates vs. man and zone coverage scores in the small sample Rookie Roundup: - 75% success rate vs man - 83.7% success rate vs zone Has real separation skills that I think can translate downfield and to some outside reps. Great get in this range for KC. Read the full profile receptionperception.com/2026-rookie-wr…

@LateRoundQB Oh god, calm down. You’re the one who said teams are fucking dumb off the back of a Shanahan-Stribling quote. If you can’t articulate clearly your point without whining and not just say “the process” because you didn’t like a pick and evade when challenged then who’s dumb

@UnoJimenez No, I don't — but I know that there's a <1% chance multiple teams had him as their top receiver prospect. My guess is Yahoo fudged the quote, but that's what this is referring to. Process.

@LateRoundQB It was just my way to take a jab at you. Just as you did with my team big dog. Eye for an eye type stuff. You have no clue what this receivers going to be in the nfl, yet you’re implying that you know what goes on with conversations you’re not in attendance for.

@LateRoundQB 49ers are fucking stupid for drafting Stribling? Feels a bit premature to feel that strongly about a prospect taken 33rd

@ncwineguy I know, factually, that teams have poor processes. Because we have data showing it. This isn't about being right or wrong about one player. It's about a process. Trying to throw my words at me like I'm contradicting myself is pretty silly.

@stumo415 As the WR1 in this class? Yes, I don't think that's actually true.

@LateRoundQB I agree on the RBs, I absolutely hate when they draft 3rd round RB’s. Back to your original comment about the haircut, you’re forcing this narrative like it can’t possibly be true other NFL coaches viewed Stribbling in this way. Because it minimizes the work of your peers

@Frankied35 @poutine8383 Disagree when there's already a quarterback in place. Given that it's a shitty class, it makes it easier to take on that cost. And yes, it was a bad class — but fantasy accounts are focused on the 49ers because both Stribling and Black were reaches. Not just one pick.

@LateRoundQB @poutine8383 And a position that can totally destroy your team if the pick is bad. Which imo matters more than a WR that a team traded down twice to get. Again this draft class overall was balls, tons of variance …it’s not like they passed on Julio jones to draft Stephen Hill.

@Frankied35 @poutine8383 There are tons of people criticizing the Jags. It's just not as relevant to our lives because we deal with fantasy football. And I actually don't care as much with quarterback reaches because it's 1) A very difficult position to evaluate and 2) A very important position

@poutine8383 @LateRoundQB Where’s the outrage for the whole Jags draft? The countless reaches with this TE class. Simpson going top 13. Or the simple fact that this draft class sucked balls top to bottom…the “consensus” board was never lining up with the draft results.

@LateRoundQB I realize it's too late for the mailbag, but hoping you'd answer this anyway... why no year 2 model for TEs? Any plans to introduce that? I'm curious how a guy like Harold Fannin compares to Sadiq and Stowers.

@BKLoos It's easier for Black to, only because running back is less talent-driven. But I'll say Stribling given the team's failures at running back in the past. It's just an apples to oranges thing.

@stumo415 You can hit me all day with the "Look at how stupid you were last year in fantasy football!" tweets, as if you're owning me. I'm playing the market in fantasy football! Something that I'm saying teams aren't doing enough of!

@stumo415 Example: The 49ers now own three of the top-six biggest non-first-round running back reaches since 2016. At some point, you'd think they'd stop given their previous failures. But, no: They draft a 24-and-a-half-year-old non-combine invite in a terrible class in Round 3.
