The license is non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully transferable and sublicensable, covering "any and all media now known or hereafter devised." One sentence says this isn't "intended" for AI training. Here's the problem: "intended" is not "prohibited." The license is extremely broad. The restraint is softer and less direct. When a contract gives with one hand and softens with the other, ambiguity benefits the platform — not the talent. This isn't just Breakdown. Zoom. X. Shutterstock. The pattern is the same: lock up sweeping rights over creative inputs first, sort out downstream uses later. Voice data is worth $15K-$150K+ per dataset. A clone can be built from 30 minutes of clean audio. Stop treating auditions, streams, and footage as disposable. They're assets. Read the terms before you submit anything.
