Alright...just finished the first draft of Slaughterville: The Bodysnatchers! 66304 words so far. I am going to go through it to try and compact it and make it more "action movie" punchy :) #firstdraft#Slaughterville
After a long time away, my brother came home from Japan and brought me some cigarettes (I’m not a smoker), among other things.
I also just finished the first draft of my second novel.
It’s been a good day

@BlueGold201 Congratulations! Finishing a first draft is a huge achievement, especially after sticking with it for years. 🎉 What part of the story are you most pleased with?
Finally finished the first draft of my darkly comic murder mystery, which I have been working on and putting aside, on and off, for years...
Still needs a lot of work but something is on the page and there are parts with which I am really pleased

@TiffeDraft 1) Do you prefer a mystery story based somewhere real, or in an original location? Assume maps included!
2) Do we like chapters that go back in time to explain back story during an important encounter? Eg: meeting the villain & ellipsis fades the conversation out into the next.
@TiffeDraft@CaglarErtugrul i dont know about puplishing because i wanna see ut as a movie because the idea is exceptionnal but dunno how to make it reach the right people
@CaglarErtugrul what if You’ve written a killer novel with a mind-blowing concept. You already know exactly who should play the main character. how do you get thenovel into that actor's or production hands?what’s the secret door? #Screenwriting#WritingCommunity#FilmIndustry
@MeroRouma@CaglarErtugrul Now that the novel is complete, are you already preparing it for publication, or is it still going through beta reading and editing?
