Louisiana pastor , Tony Spell of Tabernacle Church , has been arrested and charged with second degree battery after allegedly assaulting a man during a confrontation. According to the pastor, the man had threatened to r&pe his wife, grandchildren, and kill his family. Authorities say surveillance video captured the altercation, and the case is now headed to court. The pastor has said, “The truth will come out in court. Do you think what the pastor did was justified ?
