Population decline from lower birth rates is not the end of the world. Eventually incentives will change and the population will recover, as long as you don't import millions of Muslims to replace your culture and all of your citizens.

The population of India is 1.473 billion. Even if all 193 countries were forced to accept 1 million Indians, the total population of India would still be 1.28 billion. FYI the global Indian diaspora is already 35.4 million. Any sensible migration policy would red list India.
