The flap on a gas pump does not have to move far at all before it engages. The flap in the video comes all the way out. The screw isn’t stopping that pump from coming on. Not to mention the employee is standing there to pump gas into the car. How would they do that if the flap can’t engage the pump?

This is the moment a customer busted two @Shell workers running the screw scam to charge gas to other customers. He told them straight: take the screws out or I’m ruining your entire company. I’m so sick of people coming to America just to scam hard-working citizens. Deport every single one running these street-level cons.

1. You put in your card at the pump. 2. You go to fill up your car. 3. No gas comes out. 4. You think it just failed so you go to the next pump or you leave. 5. After you are done, they then take out the screw with your card still open on the pump and fill up their own gas tanks.
