Took virtually no trades the past few days — and honestly, that’s the right call for me This small cap market is one of the most difficult environments I’ve seen in a while. Either you’re dealing with low float, easy-to-borrow stocks with no range… Or the ones with no locates are running 200% + The last 2 weeks have been a serious test of discipline. My belief — we don’t get back to normal action until SPY finds a bottom. (Hopefully lol) Still sitting just shy of $35,000 on the month. Not bad. Just have to accept the conditions and wait for the market to come back.

I was impatient on $NQ and paid the price by missing the the real A+ set up Smt on the London Highs was pure gold I never brake my daily max loss rule so I opened a fresh eval and took the 2nd trade on that and passed with this one trade

Being able to walk away is the most valuable skill in trading There is no debate Being able to take a loss just comes with it because it’s the same thing Lots of people argue about win rates and I think it relates to this Honestly your win rate is 100% your psyche, your ability to say no and walk away If you had a mindset where if the trade isn’t A+++ you sit out, wouldn’t that give you an 100% win rate? Just a thought. Working on this skill
