@SamsungUK I have a band new QE65590F. It did an automatic update this evening and has since stopped working. It just freezes on the Home Screen and cannot access any apps or do anything. Restarting makes no difference. Very disappointed.

@SamsungUK my TV just performed a software update and now my remotes navigation buttons have stopped working on the home screen which makes it difficult to do anything. Two remotes. Same problem with both. What have you done?

Hi @SamsungUK, I have a QE65590F TV and the colours when using the @NetflixUK and @AmazonVideo TV app are terrible (washed-out, dark, with a green/pink tint). The colours are fine when using a laptop via HDMI. Please help. Netflix is particularly bad since we updated to HDR.

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with @PrimeVideo? Watching 56 days and the picture has stretched to fill the entire screen (previously had horizontal bars at the top and bottom). Other films etc on prime are the same. It’s not an issue with our TV as all other apps seem ok.
