親愛なるアメリカ(世界)のみなさん、おはようございます。日本は午前10時です。 みなさんに質問です。 アメリカは特に飛行機文化と聞きますが、どのくらいの移動時間・距離なら車を選びますか？ 日本では2時間のドライブでも長距離と感じる人は多いです。 (ビジネス客需要ですが、大阪↔︎東京は7時間程のドライブですがボーイング777-300が飛ぶくらい！) また、何時間もドライブするときの眠気予防のしかたとかも教えてもらえたら嬉しいです！ 僕の場合はひたすら追い越し車線で車を抜き続けて集中力を保つことで12時間くらいは運転できます🚗💨

I hate the idea that judges should just be robots that follow the law with absolutely no emotion. if thats REALLY what we want, we can just replace them all with AI and be done with it. There's a place for emotion. A SMALL place, but still a place, to say, "Does this make sense?"

今だから笑える話。 独立して最初にもらった マンション一棟まるごとのエアコン工事。 20台。 見積書を出す時、 手が震えて3回書き直した。 何が怖かったかというと ・こんな大きな金額を自分の名前で出していいのか ・工期に間に合わなかったらどうしよう ・不具合が出たら全部自分の責任 つまり技術はあっても 「責任を背負う覚悟」の準備ができてなかった。 怖かった理由は 下請け時代は失敗しても 元請けが責任を取ってくれたから。 独立した瞬間、その盾がなくなった。 「技術がある＝独立して成功する」じゃない。 「責任の重さに慣れる＝経営者として生き残る力」なんだよ。 あの日、震えながら出した見積書を お客様が「お願いします」と言ってくれた。 あの瞬間から本当の意味で経営者になれた気がする。 今でもあの見積書は捨てずに取ってある。
