Mainoo and Casemiro have started 10 games together this season.
They won 7; drew 2; lost 1.
2 of those wins were against the only two teams that have managed to stay above us in the league, since Casemiro and Mainoo became our starting midfield base.
If that combo “doesn’t work,” then I can’t imagine how bad every other midfield in the league is— seeing as they’ve all gotten worse results than Cas and Kobbie.
