SERP Reshaping is a strategic SEO technique where you manipulate how Google interprets query intent by seeding specific types of content - typically low-authority forum discussions to force Google to alter the result type or vertical for a given keyword. 🧠 What Is SERP Reshaping? Definition: > SERP Reshaping is the process of deliberately altering the structure and vertical composition of a search engine results page (SERP) by injecting signals (e.g., forum threads, discussion content) that encourage Google to reinterpret the query intent and trigger different result types. This is not traditional intent matching. Instead of trying to match what Google thinks the intent is, you influence what Google decides the intent should be. ⚙️ How It Works 1. Identify a keyword with traditionally commercial, transactional, or informational SERPs. Typically showing blog posts, ecommerce pages, or static resources. 2. Deploy multiple discussions or forum threads (ideally 5-50) on different platforms or seeded across your own forum network, each targeting the same keyword naturally in a variety of different strategies. 3. Ensure indexation and visibility via internal links, sitemap pings, or syndication. 4. Wait for Google to detect the pattern: Once enough "discussion-like" results exist, Google's query understanding model may: Trigger the “Discussions and Forums” vertical box. Start ranking forum-style content in the main 10-blue-link SERP. Temporarily test these content types as part of query exploration. 5. Result: Google reshapes the SERP to include discussion content, allowing your low-authority pages to rank in a query space that previously required high-authority editorial or transactional content. 🧪 Why It Works Google's ranking and result-type systems are increasingly dynamic and exploratory. SERP features (like “Discussions and Forums”) are triggered by volume, recency, and engagement signals across query-matching documents. Google uses real-time and batch-learning systems to detect evolving query patterns. You’re feeding that system manufactured demand. 🎯 Benefits Bypass high-authority competitors by changing the rules of the game. Rank faster and with less content investment. Great for: Low-authority affiliate sites that no longer rank Niche product discussions High competition keywords that traditionally require high authority sites to rank for Pre-search or curiosity-driven queries Micro-forum networks or PBNs disguised as user communities 🧨 Risks Triggered SERP reshaping may not last if the content lacks engagement or stickiness. Google’s feedback systems may “snap back” to traditional verticals if signals fade.

If you can't rank traditionally, use a forum. This is all you need to know. Discussions and forums are untapped for every single keyword. And..... Every single keyword can get forums ranking for it if enough discussions are manufactured. I already said too much here. 👀

Never expected that Google Search Console's actual usefulness will decline to this level. They messed up everything by clubbing together usual results data with AI Overviews/Mode. Probably it would have been better if Google decided to not at all give us AI Overviews/Mode data until they are ready to provide it as a specific report or filters in search console.

Sneaky backlinks that cost 0$ per link: Testimonials ⭐️🗣️ Offer testimonials to personal and business brands relative to your offer, in exchange for backlinks. Everyone needs more testimonials, you need more backlinks. This is easiest with brands you already have a connection to, but don't shy away from doing cold outreach via email, socials and website form submissions. What's your favorite free link-building technique?

@jamalmorgan_ @irentdumpsters You can change it. You just can't change it back. At least, that was the case last year. Was a big negative seo strat where people would use a local guide to move your GBP to the other side of town. When you move it back, it gets auto suspended.

Probably, Matt talks about "backlinks" here rather than "internal links". In terms of the External Backlinks, having some faulty anchors, with typos, or with trailing slash, or different hosts would be okay. Because, in the web, people do these types of errors. But you are right, it will hurt consolidation. SEO is always a comprimising game. Having a few of these examples would be okay to signal the naturality, but I would have these natural/faulty versions from middle-to-low authority sources rather than the highest authority ones.

5. Match anchors to link sources Different link types naturally use different anchor patterns: • Blog articles → Target/descriptive anchors • Resource lists → Branded or URL anchors • Sidebars → Topical or empty anchors • Forums → URL or SEO title • Comments → Author name Mimicking these patterns makes your profile look natural to Google.

8. Diversify URL anchors Don't just use the same URL format. Mix it up with variations: • https://www.yoursite(.)com • https://www.yoursite(.)com/ • https://yoursite(.)com • www.yoursite(.)com • yoursite(.)com This small detail makes your profile look much more natural.

@darth_na @mattdiggityseo Good to see i am not alone thinking diversity anchors are dangerous. They use diversity anchors for negative SEO. Especially trying to send crawlers to http versions of your site.

No mention of: a) Placement b) Prominence c) Styling d) Plural/Singular e) Spelling variants (Br/US English etc.) f) Spelling/Typo (secret! tiny usage, correct later - but worth it) g) Mutual relevance (Links from A to B should be relevant (page/section to page/section). h) Images + Alt attribute as link text i) G collapsing links (2+ links to same destination, G may select 1 link-text to use, not 2+ - and - multiple links from same source may dilute value passed to other links, but it may not increase the value to the destination (no one has proven it)) j) Optimised URL - if you're using URLs as LinkText, it should be "relevant" ... and ... + It's not really "keyword", it's "query" or "target term" etc. + It's not "misc.", it's "vague" or "blanks" ("click here") + The terms you want are "context" and "contextual" (for the text around a link). + You can link to the same destination, to the same source, several times - without risk. But it has to be valid (such as the source must have distinct sections, and the link appear once per section - or - you use a target anchor (fragment) or fragment text directive (scroll to text)). + Diversify Anchors ... ONLY if you have proper Canonicalisation (ideally Hard/Soft (redirects/canonical Link/Header/Sitemap) - else you harm your site

Your anchor text could single-handedly be holding you back from the first page of Google. After 16 years of testing, here’s my complete anchor text optimization strategy: 🧵 1. Understanding anchor text types Your backlink profile needs the right mix of these anchor types: • Target anchors: Include any word from your keyword • Branded anchors: Your business/website name • URL anchors: The actual link (naked URL) • Topical anchors: Broader topic of your page • Misc anchors: "Click here," "this website," etc. Target anchors move the needle most but overdoing them triggers penalties.

A wide range of environmental factors are linked to declining fertility, including increased exposure to industrial chemicals (especially those derived from fossil fuels), urban pollution, lifestyle changes, rising obesity, and even delayed childbearing due to social and economic pressures. As for mRNA COVID vaccines, extensive research-including large studies and systematic reviews-shows no evidence that these vaccines reduce fertility in men or women; conception rates, sperm quality, and pregnancy outcomes are the same in vaccinated and unvaccinated groups, and leading health organizations confirm that mRNA vaccines do not cause infertility.
