Josiah interned with Lane Construction in Chesapeake, VA! He installed underground utilities, performed quantity takeoffs, and conducted daily safety checks on-site, gaining hands-on experience in construction management. 🛠️ #VTMLSoC #Construction #SummerInternship

Cameron is interning with @planocoudon in Baltimore, MD! He’s working on a school addition and renovating a historic church into a learning space. Cameron is learning how to run a project, solve problems, and coordinate with subcontractors. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC #Construction

Joseph is interning with Fenix Property Group in Pottstown, PA! He’s worked on projects from row homes to apartment complexes, gaining experience in project management, construction oversight, and property marketing. 🏗️  #VTMLSoC #Construction #SummerInternship

Arianna is interning with Barton Malow in Charlottesville! She’s worked on the UVA Football and Olympics projects, handling tasks like taking 360 progress photos, reviewing submittals, and writing RFIs. This is her second summer with Barton Malow. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC #Construction

Luke is interning with @eerconstruction in Fairfax, VA! He starts with a site walk, checks subcontractors, attends meetings, and performs tasks. Luke has improved in reading drawings, operating machinery, and commercial construction. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC #Construction #StudentInternship

Mario is interning with Martin Horn Inc. in Richmond, VA! 🌟 He’s learned about project management, communication, and time management, along with industry methods and construction jargon. Mario feels valued, attending company events and visiting job sites. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC

Brian is interning with @ScheibelConstruction in Huntingtown, MD! He assists with daily reports, communicates with subcontractors and architects, self-performs work, and observes the project manager and estimator tasks. Scheibel offers valuable lessons and support. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC

Nicky is interning with Coda, a @ClarkBuilds subsidiary in McLean, VA! She led the existing conditions analysis of the 1,000,000 sq. ft. Capital One Arena, home to @washwizards and @capitals, conducted laser scanning, and worked on design and constructability reviews. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC

Tyler is interning with @SkanskaUSA in Brooklyn, NY! He generates work schedules, creates RFIs, performs quantity takeoffs, and QA/QC site walks. Unique opportunities include touring NYC infrastructure and mentoring kids at the Boys and Girls Club. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC #Construction

Francis is interning with @SouthlandConcrete in Manassas, VA! 🌟 He’s learning day-to-day operations of tilt-up data center construction, moving between trades, and getting a feel for everything on the jobsite. 🏗️ #VTMLSoC #Construction #SummerInternship
