@WeatherspoonsS I think you need to quality control The Commercial Inn Sowerby Bridge. It's well below the standards of any of your pubs. It's been bad for a while. The plate is red hot which suggest this has been reheated and it tastes and looks like that too.

@WeatherspoonsS I’m talking about empty food plates piled on tables. Glasses too. You need more than a napkin to clear that. The restaurant has no vinegar or tomato ketchup either. Anyway, how come it’s taken you 4 days to reply.

@josh71464941 Hi Josh, we are deeply sorry for this and according to our guidelines you are entitled to a refund when unhappy with the food served. But we have just analysed the attached photo and see that you still ate the cake 😂😂😂 so you are not entitled to anything.
