Team1 USA Builder Spotlight 🇺🇸 @Wrathtank_avax, the founder of the @TheGrottoL1, is building a home for indie games on Avalanche. A top community member who has showed up consistently and delivered value to the ecosystem. What Is The Grotto L1? The Grotto L1 is a Layer 1 blockchain built on the Avalanche network. Launched on mainnet in January 2026, the platform was founded by Wrath (@Wrathtank_avax), developed by snaps (@snapss) and it operates on @AvaCloud infrastructure The platform serves as a comprehensive ecosystem where developers can publish games, create digital assets, run crowdfunding campaigns, and build communities. It reduces high technical barriers, complex infrastructure requirements, and the need for specialized blockchain knowledge which have prevented many talented creators from exploring Web3. Currently, The Grotto hosts 80 games and the platform runs monthly game jams that provide competitive opportunities for developers while distributing $HERESY token rewards to winners. Another big day for Build Games. From 2000 applicants to ~120 teams moving onto stage 3. For a brand new initiative, I couldn't be happier about the quality of projects and teams building. (which has also made it hard to judge lol) What I am most excited about are those whose didn't advance and are still building. i could have never predicted this. Which is great, because we are here to support all projects no matter what. The final round will be judged on Go-To-market ability. After we should see some amazing launches on Avalanche. A lot to be excited about on Avalanche🔺 This is how we win🔺
