@Canad_IANism @IAmClintMurphy @david_parker I can only attest to gov assistance programs that have helped myself and others I know, whether Covid, my education, or my health issues. Nothing given was astronimical, but they did help me get my life together. So I’m grateful for their existence.

@Canad_IANism @IAmClintMurphy @david_parker That ofcourse is unacceptable. I have no love for politicians. Nor am I a fan of offshore spending. I do not agree w taxes being spent for outside nations. Defeats the purpose of taxes imo.

To be in the top 1% of Canadian income earners, you need to make $293,800 CAD. That isn't the upper class, that's the elite of the elite. That's the "wealthy". If you make this much, you may no feel wealthy, but you are exceedingy wealthy compared to your fellow Canadians.

@Canad_IANism @IAmClintMurphy @david_parker That’s fair, it is a lot of money lost. And I understand if people would rather live in a less taxed area. But it does help others and those said people making large income, are still in a very fortunate position compared to the majority of the world post tax. It could be worse.

@WolfHow311 I truly think his player archetype finds their own by around age 26-27. And they usually are 4 year college guys too. Gradey left school too early and his struggles were expected. If I were Bobby, I’d extend him long term but at a very cheap prove it deal. But who knows?

Dick is officially out. AJ Lawson has jumped ahead of him too. Where will he play next season?

@WolfHow311 The first I agree, but the second Allen was just as complicit in the action. I hate the whistle he gets. Despite being a top defender they treat him like a rookie still. It’s insane to see other team stars get grace but ours doesn’t.

@troytrilla @BAAILEYYCREATES Too late to rebuild. We tried last year but bad luck, and trading for Ingram. Our lottery picks have ended w CMB for the next couple years. If u trade away key parts. Might as well trade Scottie too. But now the draft is getting capped. So this convo is kinda moot now.

@BAAILEYYCREATES So we are not investing in the team using those first round picks and not aiming for high picks, so what are we doing? Collecting a team of jakobe walters during Scottie’s prime while every other top player from his draft was invested in?

The obsession some fans have with the next new thing is insane, I promise you lottery picks aren’t always the answer, for every CMB there’s also a Gradey (still have hope but man 😭)

@Jaywott8 @NeatDrummer4560 @rhaesbian Yes and how do you go about including every single character if you have no basis to use in a story that was is being written by someone not the author. Haven’t heard them skipping out any events. Only a twin baby and someone named nettle.
