Dear @bookingcom this is now clearly fraud. STILL awaiting refund for the stay I paid for but never received. Why is the property still being advertised on booking.com if you haven't been able to contact a single person there for 3 weeks? 🚩🚩🚩

This is a total scam @bookingcom. Aside from extra cost finding another hotel last minute, you put me in danger yet I’m STILL waiting for a refund? You can’t reach the scamming property to “confirm” they scammed me? Unacceptable.
