@infadier @harkenkisser @zirtsxu7267 His anti loop was terrible up until last month where they buffed his walkspeed from 7.5 to 7.75 to 8.0 and a few minor buffs to his Nova and Rush, and even then he still struggles. Sixer's hitbox change has helped way more than what Noli has gotten

@csmtalko Honestly this is my main issue, feels like so many characters had missed opportunities. Characters like Kishibe whos still just gone, Asa still feels underdeveloped from being MIA for chapters on end, hell I even would've liked to see Kobeni appear in the end.
