@harryetaylor @NatMetabolism Thx Harry! Sorry for the late reply. We can go down to 10 cells or even lower but the number of the detected metabolites could be smaller. We are still developing more sensitive tech hopefully we can achieve workable single cell method in near future. Stay tuned.
