i dont complain much on twitter, but i think this Penel deck is fundamentally omega flawed. aside from the obvious issue that all the event cards r free to play and draw... giving players the ability to take 10+ actions per turn starting on turn 2 is very anti-fun/boring for the opponent, and players can now "legally" slow-play
