people giving up on the boycott is a clear sign on how divided we are right now. sure the act of boycotting might be physically easy since we’re not spending money on the company or streaming, but mentally…. its hard. its hard to go out of our ways to not interact with something we used to be so connected with, though it’s for the greater good, its hard. and if boycotting is already mentally exhausting, and the people who were supposed to be united during all of this are busy tearing each other apart and fighting, someone who is already tired of it, might give up. we need to get our shit together and focus on whats important

i don’t know about everyone else, but personally? i could never go back and stop boycotting such a disturbing, problematic company. it’s not something i really wanted to admit publicly here, but yeah, sometimes i waver too. we’re humans and emotions aren’t something we can just control. there have been plenty of moments where i honestly thought about giving up. now however i’m more firm in my decision than ever. fortunately, i’m incredibly stubborn. i could never just casually forget the reason i’m here in the first place. that’s just not who i am. whenever those doubts creep back, i always ask myself: if i’m not the first one willing to sacrifice and fight, then who is? they gave us five years and i genuinely could never leave them after barely three months. even just the thought of doing it creeps me out. i stand by what is right, and absolutely nothing that company is doing is right. it’s wrong, twisted, and disgusting, and i’m not sorry for saying it. the only ones i actually feel sorry for are the idols under that label, especially since the majority of groups i stan are stuck there. honestly, my hatred towards the company and my love for those seven boys i randomly met one day are the only things keeping me going. me stopping my financial boycott? never. if you ever see this account doing something like that, it’s literally not me. i’ve said it on multiple occasions: i’m in this ot7 shit forever and i firmly stand by what i say.

One thing I love about me and my weird way of thinking is that from the moment Belift refused to let Jungwon buy a tiny powdered donut in Poland I knew that never in my life would I be a company asslicker. That stands especially stronger every day after all the mess they’ve caused all these years and especially in the last 3 months. I can’t imagine allowing an abusive company to get away with all the emotional pain they inflicted on Heeseung and the members, and on the fanbase as well. Because even when I used to buy albums, stream aggressively, watch lives and send sweet messages in Weverse, their priority was still never the protection and well-being of their artists. Just their own full pockets.
