@BriLimitless @Cartier Oh my goodness this is infuriating!! I hope they replace it as well as give you some type of compensation for their poor service!!

I broke my (very expensive) Cartier watch back in March! Cartier sent me a repair kit to send it in to get fixed. I sent it in, paid for the repairs and when it was time to send my watch back—they sent it to the wrong address!!! A mistake they’ve already admitted to @Cartier.

@Cartier I purchased a £33,800 Cartier watch, but DHL lost it. DHL refunded them the postage cause they didn’t put insurance 😳, but I’m left without a watch or a refund. AS JULIAN AND NAN a the new Bond Street are not helping HEADOFFICE said no refund or replace I NEED HELP!!

@Cartier Bonjour, j’ai acheté une Santos dans vos boutiques il y a un an et demi et cela fait la 2eme fois que le mécanisme de remontage se casse et tourne dans le vide. Je dois attendre 6 semaines… Cela donne vraiment une piètre image de la qualité. Et aucun geste commercial !
