Delegates engaged in candid discussions on pressing regional and global security threats, with particular attention on emerging challenges such as cyber risks, AI-driven misinformation, and transnational security issues. Participants explored innovative strategies to address these threats and emphasized the urgent need for enhanced intelligence sharing and stronger African-led cooperation. The conference is expected to tackle the critical question: “What next for Africa?” as it seeks to shape the future of continental security architecture. The gathering highlights Kenya’s growing stature as a key platform for high-level security dialogue across Africa.
