I think my 5yo is doing a Web 3 startup. He just built out this system of ‘A’ money, that gets put in ‘Hedgehog’ storage. In this system you can become a ‘Captain’ and you get a special badge. Sounds legit.

After ~4 years, today is my last day @Twitter. It has been a fantastic journey on two teams; I am filled with lots of emotions, but mostly gratitude. I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with some of the funnest, kindest, and most talented people ever!

@boo Bruce, you walked into an absolute mess, and left the company, the business, the product, the systems and all us folks that worked with you dramatically better than you found them/us. Thank you for everything. It’s been a rare privilege to have been part of this chapter.

One solution I thought of, that I've never seen before, is to split priority list into 2 sections, the core necessities (P0s) and the nice to haves. The core necessities are the ones, if we don't do, will have dire consequences. Nice to haves can then be numbered.

I’m sure I will learn more, but wanted to share in case it helps anyone else on a new team who is struggling or anyone trying to lead a team.
