Let me download all my hard work at least @adobe I know that the expectation by the entitled (and often low intelligence, colonialist/caste/classist mentality) privileged people who I know is that I stay silent in front to abuse/prevarication of my rights, w/o reaction: I know the expectation is that even if my intellectual property is stolen, I stay silent, w/o reaction (because human value is associated only to good look & wealth). I’m not going to turn into a servile person who accepts abuse and exploitation in silence w/o reacting just because I'm not good looking and not wealthy after 2019: I won't stop being assertive, I won’t be silenced. If my IP content is de facto been stolen, as I can’t download or access it, I react: I post about it, I DM support, I try to defend my worth and my work.

Please @adobe unlock my work! I can’t neither open all my video-edited videos from other accounts, if I share for colabs! This happened in a public library where I have only 3 hours of PC use and I need to walk for hours to access Adobe Express! The support help line is blocked too!

@Adobe I have very limited access to a PC every day and I walk for many hours to access one, for 2-3 hours maximum per day, and you locked all my hard work!!!! All my files are locked and were ready to be published tomorrow morning and you don't let me access them!! I layered all the music and sound effects, text, etc!! Please have support contact me because everything I write in the support chat get reseted!! Please. I worked so hard, mainly wasting hours daily to walk to libraries: Adobe Express doesn't run on my cloud-book as it has 4GM RAM and 169MB graphic card. Yesterday I tried for all the afternoon and it doesn't run. Don't lock me!! This "something went wrong" message started to appear when I logged into photoshop to remove the background of a product I created with Gemini!

@Adobe, since 1 yr, have been paying Rs 944/month for acrobat pro. They reduced to 638.38/month, however never notified us, so we continued to pay more. I accidentally noticed today and cancelled my old subscription, however I feel adobe should refund the excess money in arrears
