I found out at Hilton Park Services that my dad had died. I was sobbing uncontrollably and needed a drink. The Costa staff hugged me, sat me down, and brought a much needed hot chocolate. All on the house. I called in again whilst driving down for his funeral a couple of weeks later, they recognised me and took great care of me. I commended the staff at the time, and am still touched that they helped me through one of the worst moments of my life.

To the dark haired lady working in @CostaCoffee this morning at Stevenage railway station. You are the loveliest person to serve me in a long time. You put a smile on everyone’s face. Thank you ❤️❤️

It is with great sadness that we announce that actress Meg Johnson passed away peacefully yesterday evening surrounded by her family. Meg was a kind and wonderful lady, full of warmth and always with a twinkle in her eye. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
