市川市議会が、市川市の公園でイスラム教徒の礼拝が行われることへの住民の不安を「差別的」と一方的に断定し、問責決議を可決したことは、明らかな言論弾圧です。
加藤圭一市議が1千万円の損害賠償を求めて提訴したのは当然です。
議場外での政治的意見まで「差別」と決めつけ、議員や市民の表現の自由を封殺する行為は、民主主義の根幹を揺るがす問題です。
このような決議は絶対に認められません。
