I have now played over 10 hours of GreenPurple Luffy games in OP15. Deck is good for sure but I can tell you that getting the right 50 will be super difficult. The Enel lists are changing all the time. All I can say is that Mamaragan is super good and that fish Luffy highly underperfomed for me so far.

I am currently working on my guide for this OP15 format and it will be focused on Purple Enel since it really represents my playstyle. I am currently quite ahead with it but given the recent banlist i will remake the whole meta analysis and matchup bible chapters from scratch to meet expectations as usual! P.S. I think current lists are far from perfection still, takes time to test out stuff
