idk if eating 600-900 cals a day of healthy well balanced whole foods (home cooked meals only) and working out daily counts as semi-recovery or am i just fully orthorexic at this point ?? #edtwt
seriously considering fasting for a day, then doing omad (dinner) the next day, and repeating that over and over. i wish i had someone to do it with. but i’ll probably start in june since i’m traveling all may and want to at least do omad so i can enjoy local food!

i bet 125 or 115 will get me there but lowk maybe 135 even
crazy to think i’ll be 145 in only 5 lbs… hopefully by 135 i’ll really feel good
i wonder what weight i’ll feel confident enough to stop starving at? cuz genuinely i don’t think i want to be underweight… i think i just want to be thin, but not bones (no judgement if that’s ur goal, who knows, my goals could change)
