@unlimitedRofiah A lot of people talks from their experiences , some people has been through a lot in their marriages or from their parents experience. But then before a marriage will lead to divorce, I think it must have involved violence or One of the partner is a mad person

@juxcallmegolden I thought pharmacy is a very lucrative course, despite the fact that Nigeria isn't helping, So complaints dey that side too. You're right. You need connections for almost everything regarding internship to top companies.

The system has failed to the point where it’s beyond saving. As a pharmacy graduate, you go to your so-called senior colleague’s pharmacy store while waiting for internship placement, just to earn a little something. And he tells you to "come and gain experience" 😂 without any pay. At the same time, he advises you to "add a skill to what you already have." Meanwhile, he’s employing non-professionals and paying them. Getting the internship itself is another struggle. You have to "know somebody who knows somebody that knows somebody." So what’s the point of the interview exams you wrote, if they won’t choose based on merit? Then comes service 💔 Omo, I lack words for this one. After service, you apply for jobs and they tell you they need someone with atleast 5 years experience. If this person eventually starts something, either legally or illegally, they will still continue the same pattern they learnt from their senior colleagues. And the cycle continues. The worst part is that the cycle gets worse each time. If the people who are supposed to directly help us and build us up treat us this way, then I’m not surprised when outsiders or the government treat us even worse.

@MartinsDetu You have to adapt because all this ranting won't do anything. Skill like data analysis is applicable to some professions or I should say it's an added advantage to some certain jobs , All you said in this is just an added stuff, not everyone will do those things

Someone will spend years in school, come out and no good job. The next advice is to go and learn a skill. Like the one i learnt in school isn't one. What is wrong with you people? They'll say it's data analysis, forex or content creation that's the new demand, meanwhile what you read in school is not even saturated. It has been systematically designed to fail no matter what you read in school. You can't outwork a failed system.
