Convicted murderers can’t enjoy financial gain from books or other scams by law. They should make this grift a mandatory refund since situation as well. Prosecutors then asked if Anthony PROVOKED the confrontation. The defense's own witness said YES. The trial is now over an HOUR LATE from resuming after lunch break. There are rumors Karmelo may be taking the stand in his own defense, which would be last-second hail Mary, or even negotiating a plea deal. That's how bad this is going for Karmelo

What's happening in LA is extremely abnormal. How did Spencer Pratt go from a 77% chance of advancing to now a 0.5% chance? California is now blocking the Feds from checking into the election. Prior to the election in May, Governor Newsom signed SB 73. This law, effective immediately before the June 2 primary, prohibits unauthorized access, disruption, modification, or seizure of voter rolls, voter lists, or certified voting technology by law enforcement (including federal agents) without a court order or specific state election law investigation. I thought the same thing as you EXCEPT these facts somewhat nullify the theory: 1) China has stockpiled BTC price dip (if they did, we wouldn't be sitting at $63K right now). Clearly China would love nothing better than to beat Trump at his own game and buy BTC at $60K so Trump would have to fill SBR at higher prices 2) Why is $59K the bottom? If CZ is bringing down BTC price you know cheapskate Trump would want BTC price at $40K or less. Why stop at $59K?

Everyone wants to try and fit a narrative or a chart to the Bitcoin price action over the past year. I think that effort is in vain because nothing is the same as past cycles. All past relationships have broken. Here is my theory: Trump campaigned on establishing a SBR at sub-$60k BTC. Trump makes deals. I think he pardoned CZ under a promise that CZ would provide a $60k BTC when Trump needed it for the SBR. I suspect CZ saw it taking longer than anticipated to establish the SBR so in October he determined that extreme measures would need to be taken to decouple Bitcoin from technology stocks which were heading upward. So 10/10 happened. Ever since then, the price has been pushed down even when ETF inflows were strong and folks were excited to buy. That makes zero sense. Now that the CLARITY Act is nearing execution and Bessent says they are actively working on establishing the SBR, here comes that mandated $60k BTC. In my mind, there is no other reasonable explanation. Fortunately, I think once the SBR is established, the BTC price (and, by extension, MSTR and ASST) will scream like never before. Until then, they will hunt liquidity up and down. Tell me I'm wrong @AdamBLiv and @martypartymusic and all the other BTC experts. Until then, this theory helps me feel good about rolling AI equity profits into the unbelievably undervalued BTC.

🚨UPDATE🚨 DAY 2 OF TESTIMONY IN THE KARMELO ANTHONY MURDER TRIAL: The jury was shown a photo of the weapon used to kill Austin Metcalf. The photo was of a 5-inch folding knife with blood on it. Frisco Police Officer Jacob Shalz testified after he found the murder weapon Karmelo Anthony tossed. The knife was found 3-4 rows from where the crime took place. Shalz also located Anthony’s backpack. Frisco Police officer Eduardo Cortez testified. When Karmelo Anthony heard Cortez say he had the "alleged suspect," over the police scanner, Anthony volunteered said, "I'm not alleged. I did it. He put his hands on me. I told him not to." The jury watched that body camera footage. Frisco firefighter Neil Adams testified and stated that Austin Metcalf was gray and didn’t have a pulse when he responded. They did everything to save him. Adams got emotional on the stand and started tearing up.
