@cardiac_cuse Everyone so infatuated with one game where they “almost won”. No hate to Sienna, played a great game, likely would get thrashed by 25 if they played Duke 9-10 other times. Anyone can win vs anyone in single game elims. Doesn’t mean he would be a success like so many seem to think

My biggest fear with hiring Gmac is that the fanbase looks back in 3 years and reflects on how much they overvalued one game. Does he have enough experience? Does his slow offensive identity work? If this hire is not nailed, I do not think the program will recover.

Dialogue slowed, but Los Angeles continues to monitor the status of the three-time Pro Bowler with interest. We’ll see where both parties go from here.
