First, there is no proof that the diapers were paid for, this a claim being made on social media but it has not been confirmed. Second, you're leaving out the part about the mother ignoring officer's commands and driving her car at them. If she was innocent why did she try to run? No one deserves to be shot at over stealing diapers, we can agree on that but that is not what happened according to the police. The MBI is investigating there is bodycam footage and CCTV, if she truly ignored the officer's commands and tried to hit them with her car then she is 100% at fault and should be charged with murder. The Ta'Kiya Young case in 2023 was very similar and those officer's were justified. Don't steal, don't ignore police officers, don't try to hit them with your car. Pretty basic stuff.
