There was evident room for improvement and essential factors which were needed to be addressed, but I got to know them only when I asked Claude to scan my website, and some aspects (not all) of my source code of pages as well. (IDK If its ok or not, but I have nthng to lose)

Everyone's obsessing over AI visibility scores. "Are we mentioned in ChatGPT? Did our score go up?" Meanwhile nobody's measuring properly what happens when someone actually clicks through from an AI answer. AI search visitors engage often more than double the rate of organic search. They come pre-qualified. The research already happened inside the conversation. But about 70% of AI referral traffic lands as "Direct" in most analytics tools. So instead of measuring real visitors doing real things on your site, people are chasing a made-up score based on synthetic prompts. The data is right there. You just need to actually look at it. ⬇️

T-2 to Product Hunt launch. Habit Doom's onboarding was rewritten 7+ times in 4 months based on user feedback. [habitdoom.com: Complete habits to earn screentime] Each version was broken for different reasons... But each version revealed something: v1, V2 & V3: → 7 screens of onboarding → most users were trying to finish or skip the onboarding ASAP! → 4 screens of features → nobody understood → nobody cared V4 & V5: → The objective of the onboarding is not to explain the main features of the app. It is to explain WHAT & WHY? If your UX is good then users will figure out HOW in no time. → Removed notification permissions → 10% more onboarding completions. → Reducing onboarding screens increases completion %. (Clearly rocket science 🚀) V6: → Introduced a WHAT & WHY (Storytelling). But the story was bland. → Too much information on each screen. V7: → Removed the skip button → Day 2 retention hit 50%. Users who create a habit card on day 1 are much more likely to stick with the app. → Currently at 75%-80% completion for last 7 days. Clear room for improvements. Your onboarding IS your product. What's the absolutely craziest thing we could do using @agentmail? We'll build the top requested ones. Brainstorming a few demo ideas as the models + agents have gotten so much better recently. Makes the old demos like this look like dinosaur-age haha (although I'm very proud of these)

codex's usage limit reset strategy is working each time codex resets their limits, we see more straude users shift to codex 2 weeks ago codex had only ~10% spend share. when sama reset the limit again yesterday, codex flipped claude for the first time it's a very close race!

built this on top of @mitchellh's ghostty, a linux terminal built for your agent's worflows and to keep track of things easily. Been using it for a week, pretty happy with it. Shows your project favicons in ghostty tabs, fast search across all tabs/panes/workspaces, integrated lightweight browser, split screens etc it's similar to @lawrencecchen cmux but for linux (though it also run on mac and windows) was able to build this by letting my smithers run the whole thing for me thanks to @FUCORY yay -S prettymux-bin link and packages for ubuntu, debian, fedora, windows and macos in reply
