@BootsUK What is happening in the Pudsey store? Last few times I’ve been in I’ve waited ages, staff in short supply and look stressed, no apology for wait or any positive interaction. Never known it like this! Do you need to put in more staff???

@ruthm4x We are not able to confirm when an item will be back in stock. Stock levels vary depending on demand and most items are reviewed every few weeks. We recommend checking the product page regularly. As soon as the item is back, you will be able to order it online.

@BootsUK so, your courier @RoyalMail decided to deliver my parcel to the wrong address. The “proof of delivery” doesn’t show a door, a house number, a person or have a signature. I don’t have my £70 item yet your customer service are basically saying it’s tough. where do I stand?
