@BMW I've STILL not received anything official, in writing re Starter Motor recall and my car IS an affected model/age. Quite by chance that I came across the fact that there were recalls in progress. Now booked in, for NOVEMBER! Not great that really is it... You're BMW 🙄

@BMWGroup Concerned about recent urgent recall (specifically the Starter Motor for issue). No parts, can't actually get hold of anyone to confirm if/when I can even book in. I'm on a callback list, likely with everyone else. Poor to say the least from a company such as BMW.

@cineworld Figured it out - I've purchased 10 tickets, when I only require 5. 5 purchased with Blue Light Codes, but also 5 tickets themselves (thinking the codes were required along with the ticket purchase) Can I claim the actual 5 tickets back as refund? That make sense? 😖
