Interesting customer service by @Crew_Clothing - reached out because a garment from them have shrunk in the wash after following their instructions…they have now stopped responding to my emails and blamed a third party retailer for their garment and instructions being faulty…

@currys Our cooker delivery got cancelled less than 12hrs before it was due (today). Engineer probably has a hangover from Boxing Day and called in sick - no we have to go 9 days without an oven!! Call centre was rude and useless

@currys cancelled our cooker delivery less than 12hrs before it was supposed to be delivered and expects us to have no oven cooker for 9 days over the festive period. Contacted customer support who said wait five working days (without any oven/cooker) for a response. Shocking 😳
