For far too long, the working families and immigrant communities of Sunset Park have not received the attention and support they deserve from their elected leaders. When I was elected to office, I made a promise to change that. And we did, starting with meeting these communities where they are with in-language mobile office hours. I am incredibly proud of the work we have done in this underserved neighborhood and am grateful for their support.
