many healers are disabled and/or have chronic illnesses because of systemic violence from the structures of un-care that radicalized them to find healing modalities outside of mainstream health & wellness in the first place.

Finding your ideal sleeping time and adjusting to the seasons too, if applicable. Rest yes, but sleep. SLEEP!!!
Maybe it's the 12h nature but I feel that SLEEP is so key to working with your placements in it.
